After making my base foundation from one of the best culinary schools in India, IHM Chennai I started my career with Carnival Cruise Lines, USA. Where I got the opportunity to work with chefs from different nationalities and learn about different cuisine and also about different roles of spices and herbs in each cuisine. Menu planning, recipe trial, food equipment selection, find out the best ingredient is also comes under my present job role. So after gaining a little bit of knowledge on it I feel to share with everyone to let them help out with my experience.
